Our Goals

To end period stigma through open conversations and community sensitisation.

To improve menstrual hygiene management among adolescents, and young adults in vulnerable communities.

To empower individuals to manage their health with confidence and dignity.

To advocate for sustainable menstrual policies and inclusive health education at the community and institutional levels.

What We Do

Health Education Sessions: We deliver interactive workshops on menstrual hygiene, reproductive health, and self-care practices in schools.

Period Product Distribution: We provide free sanitary pads to girls in need.

Capacity Building: We train volunteers, teachers, and peer educators to sustain menstrual health advocacy within their communities.

Advocacy Campaigns: We engage policymakers and partners to prioritise menstrual health within public health and education programs.

Our Impact

Reached over 6380 girls and boys  through community sensitisation programs.

Distributed about 3800 menstrual hygiene pads.

Partnered with schools to strengthen menstrual health education.
